Practical Methodz for Sovereign Wellnez.
Welcome to the GreenHouze
Welcome to GreenHouzeEatz. Consider this your field guide for tending your Inner Ecosystem.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been searching for a place of belonging. Like many women, and especially many women of color, I learned that not every space is created to nourish who we are. Over time, I realized that the home I was searching for wasn’t a place at all—it was a relationship with myself that needed to be cultivated, protected, and nourished.
Eventually, I stopped searching for belonging outside of myself and began cultivating it within.
That journey led me back to the wisdom of plants, the rhythms of nature, movement, ancestral teachings, spirituality, and practices that helped me rebuild trust in my own body, mind, and spirit. Little by little, I realized that healing wasn’t about finding the perfect system. It was about learning how to tend the ecosystem already living inside me.
“That realization gave root to GreenHouzeEatz.”
GreenHouzeEatz isn’t simply a wellness brand or a collection of products. It’s a living ecosystem built from lived experience, curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Here, I share practical methodz, reflections, and resources that have helped me cultivate nourishment, sovereignty, and a deeper relationship with myself.
My hope is that something you discover here reminds you that you, too, have the capacity to cultivate your own place of belonging—from the inside out.
Welcome to the GreenHouze.
I’m glad you’re here.

Cultivating the Sacred Within
One belief has become the foundation of everything I cultivate here.
“The sacred isn’t something we find somewhere else. It’s something we cultivate within.”
GreenHouzeEatz exists to help us reconnect with ourselves through nourishment, movement, reflection, and practices that remind us we already carry the seeds of healing. My hope is that this space inspires you to tend your own Inner Ecosystem with curiosity, intention, and compassion, knowing that every meal, every practice, every breath, and every choice becomes part of what you’re cultivating within.
What Eatz Within Your GreenHouze—Are You Feeding Yourself?
How We Cultivate the GreenHouze
Healing isn’t one practice. It’s a lifelong relationship with ourselves.
Some days, that relationship begins with a nourishing meal. Other days, it’s found in movement, quiet reflection, time in nature, a cup of herbal tea, or a journal waiting to receive your thoughts.
Every GreenHouze Method exists to help you tend a different part of your Inner Ecosystem. Through plant-based nourishment, herbal wisdom, nervous system regulation, movement, yoga, tarot as a mirror for reflection, ritual, and journaling, each practice offers another way to reconnect with yourself.
The Methodz may differ, but the intention remains the same: to help you cultivate a life rooted in nourishment, sovereignty, resilience, and a deeper relationship with yourself.
The Bridge to Nowhere and Everywhere
Healing isn’t a destination.
It’s a practice.
Some days you’ll feel lost.
Some days you’ll feel rooted.
Sometimes you’ll feel both.
There comes a moment when we realize healing isn’t about arriving somewhere new. It’s about learning to walk differently.
Every season belongs.
Every step matters.
The work isn’t becoming someone else. It’s remembering who you’ve always been—and returning to yourself, again and again.
Rooted in Practice
GreenHouzeEatz wasn’t built in a classroom alone. It has been cultivated through lived experience, dedicated study, personal practice, and a commitment to keep learning long after the lesson ended.
Every GreenHouze Method I share has been lived, questioned, refined, and returned to again. My work is grounded in both education and experience because I believe wisdom grows strongest when knowledge is put into practice.
Along the way, I’ve earned certifications in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, completed a Vegan Nutrition Diploma, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Trauma-Informed Yoga certification, Reiki, and continue to study the many connections between nourishment, movement, spirituality, and holistic well-being.
Before GreenHouzeEatz, I spent more than two decades building systems, organizing information, and creating structure. Today, I bring that same thoughtful approach to this work—transforming knowledge into practical Methodz that help people cultivate meaningful and lasting change.
